why you must know the mistakes that every amateur blogger makes You know when I entered the blogging world I did a lot of mistakes because there was no one to help me out and I was not knowing blogging well continuously doing mistakes and fixing it regularly made me a rocky successful blogger. If you are a new blogger you must read this article so that you don’t do the mistakes which I did as a newbie.

1. Using a free Domain:
I made a mistake in 2017 and started working on 3 free domains but the result was zero because free domain name can’t establish your brand and can’t go longer because you do not have the ownership of that domain and I think this is the biggest mistake that every amateur blogger do in starting.
The reason I don’t recommend you to use free Domain Name:
You are not the Full owner of the Domain: companies don’t give you full ownership of the domain and as and when needed domain providers can delete that domain, and you may lose your content.
Free Domains Not SEO friendly: if you are in blogging for making money then you must buy a custom domain because free domains are not indexed in search engines so we can’t do SEO of our blog if it is Free.
I think you want to be successful in your blogging journey so you must have heard these providers like Bluehost and Godaddy for domain name services.
2. Terrible Titles
Titles are very important because it tells what the article is about and people click on the title which is more attractive but some amateur bloggers do mistakes and keep the title name what they see others.so your title should have these features.
It should be clear from the title to what the article is about, so make a powerful title follow these points.
Don’t clickbait (misleading title)
Use your target keywords in your title.
3. Not purchasing good hosting
Some bloggers use free hosting like blogger.com or any other but using free hosting will give you less control in your hand and even you can not customize your work.

You know people always prefer new styles and designs so that they look more attractive, because if everybody will wear the same style and design dress then you know who will be special.
I want to tell you about some people who use free themes in their blog then whose blog will be special no one because free things are used by Million of people. And you know “first impression is the last impression”

5. Using others content without giving Credit
Many amateur bloggers copy the content from other blogs do little modification and paste it into their posts. This is called Plagiarism (which means presenting someone else’s work or ideas as your own with or without their consent). Google doesn’t rank that pages because that came from plagiarism.
If you want to succeed in your blog then you have to put your own written content not others’ copy.
You can use images from any site but give credit to them.
6. Not Writing Regularly
Imagine you start a business or shop but you open it rear then customers will not know about what product updates you have in your shop. If you do open your shop regularly and showcase the updates surely after few months you will see traffic and people will notice you.
In the beginning, when people start blogging they write posts but the beginning is always tough because after writing a few blogs you find your articles not ranking and not getting the required result and gradually you stop writing here you do mistakes because we don’t know the future of any blog post, but if we keep writing consistently with proper keyword research then within few months google will rank your blog article.
Actually in the beginning while writing an article we face difficulty because we don’t have a habit but consistently writing you will become perfect and it will become your habit too.
If you don’t know the topics you can do some keyword research around your niche using tools like SEMrush.
7. Ignore List Building
In the beginning, amateur bloggers don’t care about email list building, but this is a crucial part to drive quality traffic to your blog and you can be in touch with your real subscribers and help you generate revenue.
How will list building help you?
Imagine Google has penalized you and your content is blocked still you know your traffic because you have their email ids and you can still generate revenue using email marketing.

8. Building Backlinks like crazy
Do you agree that backlinks are the approach for making a blog successful, ”yes” I am also but if you have just started then focus only on creating good content?
Don’t make backlinks like crazy because doing so in the beginning, your blog may affect you, you may comment on others blogs this will make no-follow backlinks.it would be better for the amateur blogger.
So if you have more than 16 posts on your blog then only you can start doing backlinking.
9. Don’t Leverage Social Media Traffic:
Every amateur blogger has to bear this that in the beginning, they don’t get traffic?
Why don’t they get traffic?
The reason is newbie bloggers are only waiting for organic traffic and they don’t know that they can get traffic from social media too. if you are also doing the same mistake then now start sharing your post on social media also to get traffic.

Everyone likes free things, but free things are with everyone because they are free this is the big mistake of amateur bloggers, I also made the same mistakes in using free things but later on, I had to change my opinion and started investing money in my learning, plugins, themes, tools I could make my blog success and if you want to grow your blog business then start investing in your business to boost it 25 X.
